Program 01

Emerging Leaders Fellowship

12 months · Hybrid: quarterly residencies + monthly online seminars

A flagship year-long fellowship that immerses early-career leaders in research, ethics, and the practice of public service across the Horn of Africa.

Program 02

Public Leadership Academy

Government officials, NGO directors, religious leaders, and senior civic organizers.
6 months · Modular residencies + applied projects

An executive program for those already in leadership — building strategy, ethics, and judgment for complex public roles.

Program 03

Ethics & Governance Training

Public officials, civil servants, board members, and institutional leaders.
8 weeks · Online with two in-person convenings

A focused curriculum on integrity, anti-corruption, justice, and the rebuilding of public trust.

Peacebuilding & Mediation Program

Community leaders, elders, religious figures, and conflict practitioners.
