A regional policy forum in the Horn of Africa

A Think Tank for the Future of the Horn

Shaping Ethical Leadership and Policy Renewal for the Horn of Africa.

Horn Leadership is a research, policy, and training institute dedicated to strengthening the political, social, economic, civic, and moral future of the Horn of Africa through serious research, regional dialogue, and the formation of a new generation of leaders.

Why Horn Leadership Exists

The Horn of Africa cannot be left to chance.

The Horn of Africa is one of the world's most historically significant and strategically important regions. It is home to ancient civilizations, deep faith traditions, young populations, trade routes, natural resources, and resilient communities.

Yet the region continues to face major challenges: weak institutions, political instability, conflict, poverty, unemployment, displacement, corruption, social fragmentation, religious misunderstanding, and leadership crises.

The Horn does not only need new leaders. It needs awakened leaders — rooted in wisdom, research, ethics, service, and courage.
